Veena + Eric | Indian and French San Francisco Engagement Shoot

When I met Veena and Eric last year I knew they were an awesome couple! They come from two different cultures, India and France, but they are so so right for each other. They are so cute, like a fluffy puppy that you just want to hold and cuddle!

We had an amazing Engagement session in San Francisco last week with a fun twist! Veena and Eric decided to do an Indian/French theme using traditional French and Indian outfits. This represents their heritage, but wearing French clothes is fun, let’s face it! It was just something different than the typical and I enjoy that.

We started at Legion of Honor, a great place known for its iconic pillars and beautiful architecture. There, Veena wore an Indian outfit while Eric wore French clothes. We got some great images before heading over to Baker Beach, one of my favorite beaches to shoot. Lately I have been shooting a lot with the cool doors that are found as part of the old fort. They have such a cool look and feel to them and with the French clothes I thought it was very colonial looking.

Then Eric got into Indian clothes while Veena went casual and wore her favorite dress. They had a great time on the beach and played a little in the water. For the final location we went to the front of the De Young museum in Golden Gate Park where we got a variety of shots using various backgrounds around there.

All in all it was a great time and I am so looking forward to their wedding this December at Casa Real in Pleasanton. They are going to have an amazing South Indian/French fusion wedding and it will be stunning!
