Shalaka and Srini had their intimate Hindu wedding at the Livermore Temple. We started the day with getting ready shots of the bride and the groom. South Indian brides are so much fun to photograph getting ready because they have a ton of jewelry to photograph! The groom got ready in 3 seconds while the bride took 3 hours! 🙂
Amrit from Anais Events provided the decor and the beautiful flowers and we loved photographing all the gorgeous floral arrangements. Since the ceremony was in very small quarters, we were able to get even closer than usual. This made for some really special images since it is like we are sitting at the Mandap with the couple.
After the ceremony, we went outside for portraits with the bride and groom. It was a wonderful day and we are so happy they invited us to photograph and film their special day. In the next post we will be sharing their amazing reception that took place the very next day!
