When it comes to Indian weddings, nothing is quite as beautiful as a South Indian wedding. South Indian weddings have a ton of beauty, details, and important steps involved in the ceremony. Mixed with Gujarati culture and you have one very exciting wedding. That is what we had the pleasure of photographing a couple weeks ago in the beautiful Livermore Valley at the Livermore Community Center.
The weather was gorgeous on this Saturday in May and blue sky was the perfect backdrop for the couple’s colorful Mandap. The bride’s jewelry and Sari was surely fit for a Maharani. The Groom came in with a Baraat procession in highly decorated golf cart. Many of the guests had never experienced an Indian wedding so this was a real treat for them. The bride chose very beautiful colors for her reception and the centerpieces matched the Spring vibe perfectly.
