Aeshna and Beejal had their traditional Hindu wedding at Silver Creek Country Club in San Jose, CA. Just a couple blocks away Aeshna’s family lives so getting ready was super easy! Beejal got ready at a nearby hotel where the Sangeet was the night before. The weather was perfect which was awesome because Silver Creek Country Club is the best venue to have an outdoor Indian wedding in San Jose. The backdrop of their waterfalls is simply stunning!
Aeshna and Beejal are extremely down to earth and cool to hang out with. We had such a great time shooting everything over the three days and Aeshna’s mom is the sweetest person ever! We captured everything to the last detail and are especially proud of the killer Mandap shot we got before the ceremony started. By elevating the camera way above eye level, we were able to have a really cool perspective, and include some of the background details. The image was one of our “top nine liked posts” from 2015 on Instagram.
The wedding was simply gorgeous, especially with the beautifully diffused light we had during the ceremony. It was not harsh at all which is exactly what we wanted. We also had a great portrait session with the couple before their grand entrance to the reception and that was also really beautiful since it was golden hour exactly at the same time.
