Monica and Nichlesh had three days of wedding events and the first was their Mehndi/Sangeet night at the Golden Peacock Banquet Hall in Hayward. The event was a casual and informal party where the two families and their friends came together to start the festivities. In additional to food and drinks, henna artists decorated the guests hands and Bollywood dancers entertained the crowd in between speeches.
Prior to many guests arriving we used the stage and backdrop for some portraits. We love photographing freshly done Mehndi as it glistens in the light and got a variety of shots in a few minutes.
