How perfect is it to spend a lifetime of being together with your best friend! Suki and Pavan have known each other since childhood, Pavan was invited to their family party, that is when they first started to see each other as more than just family friends. They had a great time at the party hanging out, dancing and love blossomed. Pavan proposed in front of their entire family with a ring in hand and Suki said yes!
Our day began early on the wedding day, it was a long drive to Fairfield from the south bay, we saw an unforgettable beautiful sunrise with brilliant hues of orange and pink as we drove to Suki’s house to capture her getting ready, iPhone came in handy to capture these shots.
The early morning golden sun was perfect to capture her getting ready and we love how these shots turned out, my personal favorite is the one where she is wearing her bindi! reminds me of Bollywood actress Rekha in that shot!
Suki was a natural in front of the camera, making it easy for us to get our shots. She wore a beautiful lehenga from Sari Palace, a combination of red lehenga and a blue blouse that complimented her skin tone perfectly! We love her exquisite statement necklace piece also from Sari Palace. The red Badgley Mischka heels she wore complimented her red lehenga.
Flawless makeup and hair by Preeti Dhugga completed her bridal look for the Wedding. Exchange of cards and gifts for each other was super romantic and luxurious. We especially loved the light up box for the diamond earrings and bracelet and the groom’s Rolex is timeless.
The Sikh Anand Karaj ceremony was held at the Fairfield gurudwara, several artistic shots during the ceremony were captured that brings pure joy to a photographer. After the ceremony, guests were ushered to the lunch area, one of the main attractions of the lunch hall was the most exquisite carved fruit station provided by Flamingo Banquet Hall Catering.
The Event Planning was flawlessly done by Mala at Touch of Elegance.
We got some quick couple portraits and family portraits and after the doli, the bride was whisked away with her groom in a limo.
The Reception was at the Flamingo Banquet Hall in Sacramento. Beautiful decor, a novelty Ice bar and an open bar with the best of alcohol was available throughout the evening for all the guests! The Bride wore a beautiful stonework peach gown and groom was in blue velvet sherwani with exquisite detail work. We got some great shots of the couple in the beautifully decorated ballroom. Last but not the least, don’t miss the shoe shot. Our groom loves shoes and got the perfect pair of beautiful Rene Caovilla for his bride and the perfect Louboutin’s for himself.
The bride and groom had a sparkly grand entrance with sparklers and lots of dancing. Celebrity Artist Jasi Sidhu was a surprise addition to the reception night. The night ended with family dance-offs, fabulous music, singing, dancing and of course some awesome dancing shots!
