Archal and Shon’s reception was on a separate day, the following day after their wedding. This gives the couple a chance to relax and not be super rushed for their reception!
The reception was at the Sunrise Banquet Hall in Vacaville. Archal had the best outfits for all her events, we love her style and attention to detail and sense of fashion! She chose another Sabyasachi lehenga from The Grand Trunk for her reception, antique gold with embroidery work all over and the prefect Valentino heels to match her dress! She loves stud earrings and chose diamond earring studs for her jewelry and a simple tikka from Evotique. She chose Hollywood glam waves for her beautiful long tresses, added extensions to give it that extra volume. Hair and Makeup by talented artist Amitash Dhillon.
The perfect late afternoon sunlight through the windows made for some stunning window light portraits.
The couple did not want to be seen before their grand entrance, which is understandable since they want to surprise their guests and have planned this for months however we encourage all our couples to make time for their portrait session even though a few guests might see them, it is all worth it at the end when you receive photos that were taken without being rushed.
We managed to convince them to come outside to get a few photos at golden hour to get the best light for their couple portraits.
The event commenced with their grand entrance, performances by dancers followed by speeches.
The first dance was magical and we did some quick backlit shots of the dance as well.
The night ended with open dance and fun times on the dance floor!
