Keerti and Rahul had a beautiful multi-day wedding with several events! In this post, we share some of our favorite images from their Hindu wedding and reception at Fairmont San Jose!
This beautiful couple got ready at Fairmont and we arrived early in the morning to both of their rooms to capture the entire getting ready process. This time allowed us to get lots of portraits of the bride and groom solo, with their family, and their friends. The couple opted to not do a first look because they wanted the first time they saw each other to be when Keerti walked down the aisle.
Rahul’s Baraat featured a custom cycle rickshaw and began in between the two towers of Fairmont and ended in the front of the hotel. Several hundred guests attended and the ceremony took place in the Regency Ballroom. The ceremony was really beautiful because they did not have a traditional four pillar Mandap, but an open style stage area that allowed us to capture more angles without being blocked by pillars. We highly recommend all couples considering this for the best shots!
After the ceremony and family photos, the couple retreated to change and get ready for their reception. We met up with them once they were almost ready and did another portrait shoot with them in their ballroom before the doors opened so they could see the decor and take it all in.
We really had a lot of fun capturing this event because these two have the best friends and family. It was a pleasure and an honor to capture so many great moments for them and make some really gorgeous albums as well!
