We love pre-events and this was a fun Haldi ceremony that started with a Pooja in their living room.
The Pooja is the start of the wedding festivities asking Lord Ganesha to remove obstacles so that the wedding can take place in a peaceful and seamless manner. They must have done a good job during the Pooja, because the wedding went off without a hitch!
After the Pooja, we moved into the backyard for the Haldi ceremony for the groom. It was really fun to see the bride apply Haldi to the groom too!
