What are your travel fees?

Within the San Francisco Bay Area, we do not charge for travel. We do charge for travel for weddings outside the Bay Area where we may have to drive a long way, fly, and/or possibly also secure hotel rooms either the night before or the night of the event. In some cases where there are multiple events over many days at a given location, it may be necessary for the client to have room(s) for us if one event ends late and then starts the next day very early. For example, there is an event the night before the wedding (Sangeet or Rehearsal dinner) and it ends at a hotel in San Francisco at 11pm but then our coverage the next day starts at 6am. Based upon that schedule, the client would get us room(s) for the event because one ends very late and then starts very early the next morning and everything is at the same venue.
