It is the time of year again when we do a majority of our family sessions. The months from October-December is when we do lots of family portraits because the outdoors are really pretty and pleasant this time of year and the weddings start to slow down. Meghan and Umang do at least 1-2 sessions a year with us and we were so excited to see them yet again for this one!What makes this
What makes this session extra special for Meghan and Umang is that they are expecting their second baby! We photographed their first maternity session, and their newborn photos, and their family photos, and now we are back for their second maternity session, but it also being around the holidays, might as well also do a family session as well!
We shot at the park near their parent’s house and also in their backyard. We had excellent lighting with the sun flare in the background. We always recommend photographing family sessions during “golden hour”, because that is when you get the best photographs. With children, we like to capture mostly candid photos as this is what captures children and families, the most “realistic” way.
