One of the most iconic hotels in San Francisco is undoubtedly the Westin St. Francis in Union Square. This hotel was a rich history and is a cornerstone of San Francisco’s history. Foreign dignitaries have stayed here and it has remained through fires, earthquakes, and the Great Depression. It is one of our favorite hotels to shoot Indian weddings and we love their ballroom for receptions!
Anisha and Varoon gave their friends and family a rest by splitting up the wedding ceremony and reception over two days. Shakor Decor did an amazing job decorating the space, while DJ Bitzy and Kapil did all the lighting and sound for the event. Ambiance by Tejel coordinated the event and made sure everything ran smoothly. We really had an all-star team for these events and that what’s make shooting Indian weddings in the Bay Area so much fun! We get to work with amazing vendors and make our client’s wedding dreams come true.
The theme of the wedding reception was “Follow Me” from the famous instagram account where a photographer and his model wife have gone around the world taking magical images. Each one of the tables had an image and a different country. We really like the dripping crystals from the centerpieces as well!
Anisha and Varoon had an amazing choreographed first dance that was so much fun to shoot. It was the best part of their cinematic highlights film because of the amazing colors and Anisha’s smile while they danced. We loved all of their events and how awesome this couple is with one another.
