Heena and Bhumil had a two day Sikh wedding and their ceremony was held at San Jose Gurdwara.

The bride got ready at the hotel her family owns, Hacienda de Leal in San Juan Batista and they also held their Sangeet night there as well.

It was so dark in the morning that I used LED lights to shoot her details and her prep shots. The courtyard of their hotel was the perfect place to shoot all her pre wedding photos.

When we got to the venue, the couple wanted to do a first look so we did it right before the breakfast so that we could get some shots of them together before the ceremony. A lot of couples have been choosing to do a first look now at the Sikh temple. In this case, the groom is actually Gujarati and only the bride is Sikh. They decided to do the Hindu portion and reception in Hawaii the following week.

We love shooting at the San Jose Gurdwara and we had such a fun time working with Heena and Bhumil. They were super chill and we had a great time.
