We always love shooting at The Ranch Golf Club in San Jose. There are magnificent views of the valley from the hilltop that it sits on and they have a wonderful outdoor area for ceremonies. For Karen and Rohit’s wedding, we had perfect weather!
We started this wedding with the first look because both the bride and groom came to the venue ready. After a great family portrait session and bridal party shots, we headed down the driveway for the start of the Baraat procession. When the wedding started Karen came down the long staircase with her father holding her arm. The ceremony was gorgeous and there were laughs, tears of joy, and lots of perfect moments to capture.
In between the wedding and reception, we did another two photo sessions with the couple. One was in their wedding attire, and then again using off-camera flash when they changed into their reception outfits. This way we could get a variety of looks with different outfits and lighting set ups.
