Mukti and Dhruv had an awesome multi-day Gujarati wedding this summer!
The day began with getting ready shots at the Doubletree San Jose where they were staying. We then headed to their ceremony venue, The Ranch at Silvercreek by Wedgewood Weddings. There, we did the couple’s first look and photo shoot with their bridal party before the Baraat.
The Baraat was awesome because Dhruv rode a motorcycle instead of a horse or a car. At the end of the Baraat, Mukti then rode out on her very own motorcycle as well! It was a great shot to capture them both together on their bikes.
Edgar from Flowers by Edgar did an amazing job on the decor and I think it was well over 100 degrees that day so the canopy above the guests really helped out. Avant Planners executed the entire weekend flawlessly!
Once the ceremony was over, everyone enjoyed a good lunch and guests departed for a break before reconvening for the reception at the Doubletree.
We like to start our reception coverage with some shots of the bride and groom getting ready if possible and then do a photoshoot with them in their ballroom with their decor. This was especially important because their decor was totally amazing! There was literally centerpieces that nearly touched the ceiling and trees that decorated the room!
The reception was a huge party with performances, speeches, a live violinist and DJ.
