Rina and Prabhu had a beautiful Spring wedding at the Santa Clara Marriott and we had such a great time working with them!
The South Indian Hindu wedding traditions differ in many ways from other Gujarati or Punjabi Hindu weddings. More steps occur before, during, and after the ceremony. While many Hindu ceremonies can be condensed to around an hour, a South Indian ceremony is usually substantially longer. One of the most fun aspects of the South Indian Hindu wedding is when the bride and groom throw rice on each other’s heads. Many of their other rituals are shared with all Hindus, but this tradition is a fun part of the South Indian culture. It makes for really fun photographs and great expressions!
As couple, these two are the perfect blend of high tech and medicine. Their combined knowledge makes them geniuses I am sure. They are very smart, down to earth and genuinely great people! Prabhu was so well organized leading up to the wedding and it really shows in their wedding images. Everything went according to plan and we got all the shots we wanted and more!
