One of the highlights of the summer was heading out to Marina California near Monterey to photograph Farzana and Dwayne’s events! Below is their lovely welcoming night Sangeet party they held in a beautiful tent at the Sanctuary Beach Resort. They had a wonderful group of family and friends that came from many different cultures and parts of the world to share in the celebration.
Their tent from Raj Tents was perfectly decorated and was a pleasure to photograph. I loved the candles, Moroccan theme, and the wooden minimalist utensils to go with their bar-be-que vibe casual vibe. What made this night very special was the personalized Jones soda bottles with photos of the couple, and a diverse dessert bar complete with freshly popped popcorn! The night ended with a movie night, where the couple had selected a film for everyone to gather around and watch. We all grabbed some treats and got cozy upstairs at the resort and watched a classic film and it was awesome! The last shot is of the couple enjoying the movie.
