Sonam had her Mehndi a couple days before her wedding at a restaurant in Fremont. Ravie Kattaura was there to do the Mehndi and her friends and family did performances to entertain her while she got her henna done. We had a great time capturing all the colors of her decor, and the highly detailed work that Ravie did on Sonam’s hands and feet.
We love photographing Mehndi in the San Francisco Bay Area and offer extremely good rates for coverage like this. We take into consideration that the couple is having us for the entire weekend and so we price these smaller events as “add ons” to their package so it becomes affordable. The Mehndi night is also an opportunity to get to know the bride’s friends and family as this is usually the first day we are meeting them. The bride and groom have already done an engagement session months prior, but the Mehndi night is a fun way to informally meet the family and make them feel comfortable with us before the big day.
