Sunaena and Mandeep had their Sangeet at Sakoon Banquet Hall in Fremont this winter. This is a great spot for this type of event and it was decorated lovely by our friends over at Raman and Raveen Rentals.
Even though the bride is Nepalese and Hindu, the event featured more Punjabi Sikh traditions, including the ring ceremony and Jaago. The event was full of color and fun and everyone had a great time!
These events are super fun for us because we get to meet the two families and we get to shoot in a more casual way. We took the bride and groom outside to do some portraits before the formalities started. Even though the venue is located in a strip mall and there is absolutely nothing outside except a parking lot, we made it work!
