Shilpa and Kyle are the cutest fusion American/Indian couple! They had a really fun South Indian wedding at the Livermore Hindu temple over Memorial Day weekend 2023 and we were so happy to document their special day!
We had perfect weather and lighting in the morning for their portrait session. This is how we usually start the day since the gates do not open until 7:30am so we meet the couple for photos for a few minutes before the start of the ceremony.
After we got some great images, the couple then headed back to Lakireddy Hall where they started the Kashi Yatra and begginig of the Tamil wedding rituals.
During the ceremony they were so affectionate with each other and it made a huge difference of the number of shots we could get because they were smiling and happy in so many of the shots. I always tell potential couples about this wedding and how because they were so cutesy with one another, they got so many great shots!
