After photographing Manu and Bhollo’s wedding on the east coast we came back to California for their reception the following weekend at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento. The natural light pouring through the windows was gorgeous and both Manu and Bhollo had so many beautiful details to shoot. Bhollo is definitely the most dapper groom and has great taste in clothing and accessories. It was a lot of fun to shoot!
Before the reception started we headed out with the couple to Old Sacramento to do a photo session. This was a great spot, even though it was again very hot and nearly 100 degrees. The old train was a great prop and the old buildings gave us just the feel we were looking for.
While we were out shooting, Amrit from Anais Events made sure their ballroom decor looked amazing! Wicked Entertainment rocked the beats and the lighting for the event. We showed a “same week edit” of their wedding at the reception and that was a hit!
The party included speeches, cake cutting, dancing, good Punjabi food, and lots of fun! We are so happy we got to document all these moments for Manu and Bhollo and hope you enjoy our favorite photographs below!
